Lifetime Installation Warranty

Residential Carpet: OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY program

•  We are known for this warranty. Throughout the life of your carpet, temperature and humidity changes can affect the way your carpet lays. Several years from now you may need a re-stretch. Don't hesitate to give us a call and we will come out and fix it for free so long as you signed up for our LIFETIME WARRANTY program during your initial visit which was a one-time fee of $250.00. It's just that simple. With this program all seams, re-stretches and stair work are warrantied for as long as you own your home.*

Residential Carpet: No Warranty program

•  All installations are warrantied for one year.*

Commercial Carpet:

•  All seams and re-stretches are warrantied for one year.*

Residential Wood Flooring (Solid and Engineered):

•  All installations are warrantied for one year.*

•  Wood floors require one full year to acclimate to their surroundings.  Wood floors must endure four complete seasons with corresponding temperature changes and humidity levels before they can be deemed acclimated.

Residential Vinyl and Laminated Floors:

•  All installations are warrantied for one year.*

Residential Binding Service:

•  All binding tape services are warrantied for the life of your carpet.*

Notes:

•  Damage caused locally (by someone or something other than a "My Way Carpet" Employee or Representative) is not covered by this warranty, however may be repairable for a small service fee.

•  Damage caused by pets or pet urine or water damage may be repairable but chargeable.

•  Carpet "wrinkles" caused by delamination of carpet layers fall under manufacturer warranty. Claims made for delamination will be processed by My Way Carpet on behalf of the consumer.

•  Damage to your binding caused locally (by someone or something other than a "My Way Carpet" Employee or Representative) is covered by this warranty, however damage to your carpet and/or rug is not covered by this warranty, but may be repairable for a small service fee.
