- Improving our website, catalog, and service offerings.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Complying with applicable law, court orders, and lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary

- Improve site performance, including prefetching catalog pages.
- Measure traffic using Google Analytics 4 (with IP-anonymization).
You may decline non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Doing so

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid
opt-out request for the limited categories of data sharing described above.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We disclose information only to:
- Service providers bound by written confidentiality and
data-use restrictions (e.g., hosting, email, payment processing, scheduling,
document-signing, accounting).
- Manufacturer partners and installers — limited to what
is needed to fulfill your order, register warranty, or complete installation.
- Legal & regulatory recipients — where required by law,
subpoena, or to enforce our rights.
- Successor entities — in a merger, acquisition, or sale of
substantially all assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
We do not sell, lend, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers,
data brokers, or list aggregators.
6. Data Retention
- Quote / lead records — up to 24 months from last contact.

plus 7 years (for tax, accounting, and warranty-claim support).
- Web analytics — aggregated; raw event data is retained
for up to 14 months.
- Review submissions — published indefinitely unless
the reviewer requests removal.
You can request earlier deletion of your personal data — see section 7.
