Every installation we do is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails, we come back and fix it.
Our installation warranty is simple: any failure that results from how we installed your floor is on us, for as long as you own the floor. That includes seam separations, loose pieces, buckling from inadequate acclimation, and any other workmanship-related issue. Product warranties (from the mills themselves) are separate and vary by product — we help you file those too when applicable.
