1-Year Installation Warranty
Every install we do comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty — long enough to cover all 4 seasons of expansion and contraction. If our work isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
Our installation warranty is for 1 full year from the date of install. That window matters because it covers all four seasons of heat, cold, humidity, and dryness — the cycle that exposes a bad install. Carpet that wasn’t stretched or seamed correctly almost always shows it within that first year — wrinkles, ripples, lifting seams. If anything like that shows up while you’re under warranty, we come back and fix it on us.
We’re not sticklers about the calendar. If something happens slightly outside the 1-year mark, call us anyway. We’ll come take a look, give you our honest assessment, and if it’s on us we’ll stand behind the work. We’ve been doing this since 1998 — our reputation matters more to us than a date on a calendar.
Product warranties (from the mills themselves — Shaw, Mohawk, Engineered Floors, Anderson Tuftex, COREtec, etc.) cover the carpet, plank, or wood itself for wear, staining, finish failure, and other product-specific issues. Those vary by product — anywhere from a few years to a lifetime — and we help you file those claims when applicable.
